Yoga
was brought to Tibet from India, over 800 years ago. Tibetan monks experimented
with rites, or exercises, to better connect physical body
with soul, and discovered this combination.

rejuvenating and optimising the entire organism. Yoga
is not about pain, do exercises lightly and your
flexibility will increase, even over a few repetitions of
