Bayleys Property Services Conference 13/10/05
Thank you very much for your wonderful
performance last Thursday. The delegates from
the conference thought you were absolutely
fantastic and so enjoyed the evening's
entertainment as I am sure you are no doubt
aware.
Ending
a day's conferencing with this sort of wonderful
team building and bonding certainly serves to
create morale and harmony throughout the office.
We really enjoy your delivery and high standard
of performance and thank you for being such a
wonderful entertainer.
I
am sure we will be in touch again in the near
future Chris. All the best and thanks again for
your efforts last Thursday.
Kind regards,
Sue Duncan

Hi Chris
Just a short note of
thanks for a great night. To be honest great doesn’t
cover it.
I
really don’t know how to describe the evening other
than, you created an atmosphere that was very special
and very unique.
We have a saying, which is part of the training we give
our managers and sales staff and that is “ You alone
set the tone” You sure hit the mark in setting the
tone for our group.
I know there were several people in our group who were
keen to talk to you regarding booking you for future
events.
Your act, energy and talent were the talk of the
conference. Your ability to get everyone involved was
amazing. I have been to many conference functions over
the years but I can truly say I have never enjoyed an
evening as much as the one you put on for us.
We wish all the best for the future, and don’t change
a thing.
Regards

Chris Moore was a
triumph at our company 35th Birthday party. Asked to act
as MC, entertainer and one man dance band, he controlled
the evening to schedule, amused and entertained with
well researched stories written to song re various staff
members and then later in the evening we rocked the
night away. The dance floor was always packed. Chris was
well organised, on time and easy and flexible to work
with. He is a hugely experienced and very talented
musician who knows how to entertain and deliver fun. We
will have him back and we strongly recommend him.

Haven't laughed so
much in a long time - great to see someone who had done
their homework and was so interactive with the people.
Loved his energy and passion for music and entertaining.
Nice guy, really
talented and had put alot of effort into customising his
act for us. Entertained us non-stop, which was admirable
in today's world and he genuinely seemed to be enjoying
himself, not just earning a buck.
His mix suited
most people - very talented and heaps of fun - he too
seemed to be having a good time.

Chris quite simply nailed it.
We
recently engaged Chris's services to perform at the
Ballance Farm Environment Awards Showcase
Extravaganza in Christchurch.
With an
audience of 200 plus people made up of a “who’s
who” of New Zealand Agriculture Chris really had his
work cut out. EASY!!!! – He them all on their feet
dancing, smiling and totally engaged inside 2 minutes -
even the politicians!!!!
No
worries recommending this man – give him a good brief
and he’ll deliver every time
We’ll
certainly use Chris again at other events in the future
and have no worries recommending this man as a very safe
bet.

On the
recommendation of Celebrity Speakers (NZ) Ltd, I
recently contracted Chris Moore to provide entertainment
during the formal dinner at our company's National
Conference. I had had no previous dealings with Chris
and relied primarily on the recommendation.
I was delighted
with the way in which Chris adjusted his performance to
suit the format of our dinner. During the first two
courses, he circulated among the tables, effectively as
a minstrel, playing background music. Once the main
course was completed, Chris commenced what is perhaps
best described as a "floor show" performance
based on the history of popular music with the
performance of cover versions. The interface with our
guests and audience participation made this very
special. In spite of our team being 35 men and 10 women,
virtually everyone was dancing to Chris's music. He is
an outstandingly talented performer.
Chris includes
comedy with his musical performance, He takes infrequent
and very short breaks, during his performance. His
technical equipment is excellent and enhances his
performance.
Later in the
evening as some guests departed from the venue, Chris,
after consulting with myself, assumed a casual position
at a table with his guitar, playing requests for those
still keen to party.
I am pleased to
recommend Chris Moore as a competent and professional
entertainer, with adaptability for a wide range of
functions.

If you are looking
for an entertainer/musician to make your event an
outstanding success, then I strongly recommend Chris
Moore. Chris is extremely professional to work with,
listens carefully to the requirements of the function
then tailors his performance to fit. His performance is
unbelievably energetic, talented and guaranteed to have
the most conservative audience up dancing. Chris's
performance was the highlight of the conference social
programme and set the scene for a great conference
overall.

I'm conscious as I
write this that I might be doing myself a disfavour. I
don't want to recommend Chris Moore to anyone else - I
want to make sure he remains one of the world's
best-kept secrets so that he is available only to us.
But that would be selfish of me and I guess I have some
sort of social responsibility to make sure that anyone
else who wants a rollicking great night out need go no
further than to ask Chris to come along.
With no fancy sound gear or other artificial props,
Chris and his trusty guitar are guaranteed to entertain.
He has joined us at two of our team conferences and both
times has been a highlight. He will be welcomed back any
time. With a wide repertoire that suits all ages, his
unique blend of music, commentary and comedy combined
with his skill at working an audience make for a
memorable time every time.
I just hope no one else finds out….

From the moment we
stepped on the bus until the end of the night Chris was
superb. The energy of the guy needs to be seen to be
believed.
Our group tends to be male dominated and it is no easy
task to get them up and dancing. Within minutes Chris
had the crowd rocking.

We picked Chris up
in our bus from the side of the road - hitchhiking!
Within minutes of getting on the bus he had us all
singing and rocking to his music. To everyone's surprise
he joined us at our staff function in a marquee on the
riverbed for a fantastic evening which we all thoroughly
enjoyed.
Lots of positive comments were received from staff
afterwards including our MD who commented "Chris is
second only to John Williamson".

From a
bedraggled hitchiker to an honorary patriot -
Chris captivated our team, dishing out as much
as he copped from a busload of Aussies who
lapped him up straight away. |

From the moment he
took the stage, there was no stage. Chris allowed for no
obstructions, just pure, energised, down to earth

night long... and it didn't stop until we
arrived back at the doorstep of our hotel.

you and making our night one to always remember.

Paul
Kelly Motor Co
For PKMC's
5 year anniversary Paul decided that he would
take the whole staff out on a day that we would
never forget. |
 |
The whole day was
months of organising from Rock and Ice and the entire
day was kept a secret from 31 staff members. So at the
end of an exhausting day after abseiling, helicopter
rides etc we were travelling along to Washpen Falls for
dinner when Peter from Rock and Ice shouts out "hey
look theres a hitchhiker on the side of the road, shall
we pick him up??" So of course we pick him up and
on walks Chris Moore, guitar in hand, smile on the dial,
who immediately starts playing a song and pumping up the
atmosphere of the exhausted audience. Everyone (still in
the dark) is like who is this crazy fella??? So Chris is
asked to come along for the night to play for us in
exchange for a couple of beers and a feed. 10 mins later
we arrive at Washpen Falls where Chris has immediately
started to get right into the swing of things, which had
us all up singing and dancing for the entire night.
Chris was amazing, for a one-man band with only a guitar
and tambourine this guy sure makes alot of noise, Chris
had everyone in fits of laughter all night, from his
comical jokes and ridiculing of staff members (info
provided to Chris prior of course), the night was an
absolute blast.
For an amazing nite out filled with contagious fits of
laughter,
boogeing, and the best entertainment you will ever get,
I say VOTE CHRIS MOORE!
Thanks Chris from everyone at PKMC!! We won't forget you
in a hurry! (P.S - a comment from a couple of our
guys on the night "Is this guy really a
hitchhiker???") Washpen Falls - Rakaia - 13 April
2003.

12 December 2000
Chris was awesome, he has the knack of including all
ages and getting everyone to dance. We were married in a
winery and he ended up playing 'unplugged', outside with
everyone dancing bare foot on the lawn.
His energy is endless, which creates a perfect
atmosphere for a fun wedding. Chris has played for us at
2 family weddings, and lots of friends weddings, each
time guests have commented on the fantastic entertainer.
Jane and Leighton Croft.
17th November 2001
Chris played at our wedding for our 130 guests and
within minutes of starting his first song the guests
were drifting towards the music. Within half an hour,
hardly anyone was seated and we were all fighting for
space on the dance floor. He got everyone up and
going and the topic of conversation all night was
"where did you find him; he's brilliant".
We wanted to make the night as informal as possible and
ensure that everyone enjoyed themselves. With
Chris as our musician we didn't have to do a thing -
Chris and his music did it all for us.
Thank you Chris you are an awesome entertainer,
brilliant musician and you made our night just perfect.

Chris Moore can be
summed up very easily ‘The Entertainer’. The one-man
band with so much energy and enthusiasm in his music he
will get everyone going…Chris Moore entertained at my
sisters 21st birthday, then again at her wedding and
early this year at our own wedding, and also to 2 Amuri
Ski Balls which we organized. At each party he was
fantastic, everyone always comments how the music makes
the night, and at these parties he went OFF.
Chris is awesome to work with, nothing is ever a
problem, he will do whatever, go wherever!! Not only is
he value for money he is also a fantastic musician and
performer.
If you want the best night out use this man!!!!!
