Exercise! From running to yoga to rock climbing, exercise is will rev your energy up.

Lie fiat on the back with the arms about twenty centimeters away from the body, palms facing upward. A thin pillow or folded cloth may be placed behind the head to prevent discomfort, Let the fingers of both hands curl up slightly. 

Move both the feet slightly apart to a comfortable position and close the eyes. Make sure that the head and spine are be in a straight line and also be sure the head does not fall to one side or the other. Relax the whole body and stop all physical movement. Breathe naturally and allow it to become rhythmic and relaxed.
